The road design workshop prepares studies for various stages of investment process:
- technical, economic and environmental studies,
- program concepts,
- construction and execution designs,
- tender documentation,
- detailed technical specifications for the performance and acceptance of works,
- feasibility analysis,
- economical analyses with calculation of IRR for investments.
     
Design works are completed exclusively with the use of computer techniques, necessary in modern road design. The office operates using dedicated software (from Autodesk, with the use of our own customized software components), featuring a wide range of advanced tools for location and elevation course design based on digital terrain model. Road design calculations are made using mechanistic methods based on criteria developed by Asphalt Institute (USA), our own calculation software and using Shell method supporting SPDM software developed by Shell Research Laboratory. |
